Sitali is permitted to refuse access to personal information in certain situations. Examples include (but are not limited to) where:

Upon Sitali declining access to information because of one of the above conditions, it will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to give access in a way that meets the needs of the entity and the individual. Similarly, Sitali will provide reasons for the refusal and the mechanisms available for complaint.
